Centers can be one day to multi day with both formal mindset training and secular and neuroscience based meditations offered during the day.

Emcees
Every event needs someone to keep the event flowing and on time. Holly does this while infusing 2-5 minute mindfulness exercises that help audiences to be present and not on their phone.
Wellness Experiences
Mindfulness can happen beyond a conference center. Our team coordinates custom mindfulness experiences based on your location from mindful excursions, site tours, adventures and more.
The programs can be hosted before, during or after a conference or training.
